Effective treatments against blackheads

Blackheads have always been a big problem for women who care about their appearance but nature provides us with a solution for every problem, and using the natural treatments below you can get rid of blackheads quickly without too much trouble.

Oatmeal with honey, yogurt and olive oil

For this mixture, you will need a blender. Add one-quarter cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a blender and mix them. Apply the mixture with a circular motion, and allow it to act for 1-2 minutes. Wash your face with warm water. If you have sensitive skin, don’t rub too hard. Apply this treatment twice a week.

Lemon honey and sugar

Cut the lemon in half and pour honey on the cut surface. Sprinkle the honey with a teaspoon of sugar and rub the problematic areas with this natural sponge, using a circular motion. Repeat this procedure once a week.

Coconut and essential oils

Mix in a bowl a quarter of a melted coconut oil cup in the microwave with two drops of lemon and lavender essential oil, until the mixture is homogeneous. Use a cotton pad to apply the solution on the skin each morning after washing your face. This mixture will prevent blackheads.

Cinnamon and oatmeal

Mix a teaspoon of oatmeal with an equal amount of cinnamon. Add a little hot water to mix. The result should be consistent and look like a thicker cream. Apply it on your face with your fingers using a circular motion. Rubb for one minute, then rinse with cold water. This treatment should be used at least twice a month.

Activated carbon and green clay

A mixture of half a teaspoon of activated carbon powder, a teaspoon of green clay and a half teaspoon of hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth cream without lumps. Apply the mask on with a brush or a sponge. Let the mask stay a few minutes until it is completely dry, and then you rinse with cold water. Repeat this procedure twice a week and your pores will always remain clean.

Coconut and coffee grounds

Mix a half cup of melted coconut oil with a half cup of fresh coffee grounds. Apply the mixture using a circular motion. Leave this treatment for 5 minutes, and then use cold water to remove it. Repeat this procedure once a week.

Aloe vera with white clay and essential oils

Use 2 teaspoons of white clay, which it needs stirring with a spoon of aloe vera gel. And then add a spoonful of water and 3 drops of lavender oil or ylang-ylang. In a glass or ceramic bowl mixing these ingredients until you get a smooth cream. Apply the mask on with a sponge and let it act 10 minutes, then rinsed with hot water. You can use this treatment twice a month.

Sugar, honey, olive oil, and vanilla extract

Combine a quarter cup of white sugar with a quarter cup of brown sugar. Pour a quarter cup of olive oil and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Then add a spoonful of honey and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well until you get a paste. Use this treatment to exfoliate your problem areas. Rinse with warm water. You can use this treatment once a week with sugar.
